Margaret (Marg) McMahon, Managing Director holds over 20 years experience in industrial relations within executive and operational management positions.
Specialising in supporting organisations and HR professionals as a trusted industrial relations advisor Marg specialises in Workplace Investigations, Enterprise Bargaining, Fair work and Human Rights advocacy and high risk terminations.
Marg has the knowledge and experience to uniquely balance the practicalities of business operations with the industrial compliance required. Marg has been a Senior Workplace Advisor in Far North Queensland since 2017, working alongside clients from all industries within both private and government sectors.
